Accounts Support Role - Contracts & Plan Management
Do you enjoy working with a great team using your NDIS plan management, NDIS admin & accounting skills across a variety of tasks? Interested in joining an organisation in the community services sector?
Join our Plan Management/Finance team in this 4-5 days permanent role. Based at our Moruya office, this role may have a hybrid office and work from home mix opportunities, subject to business needs, and in office work will be required on a weekly basis at our Moruya site.

Yumaro is a multi-award winning NDIS provider, offering social enterprise employment, capacity building supports, accommodation, social programs, home and community support, support coordination and plan management services to over 220 people living with a disability.
Our participants are primarily located throughout the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla areas.
About the role
This varied and busy role will be supporting our team with various accounting tasks including but not limited to:
NDIS Plan Management invoice processing and query follow up/resolution
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Calculating customer quotations and associated admin
Customer and Supplier enquiries
Payroll support
Reports
Scanning and filing
Adhoc duties as relevant to support the team
Skills and experience
Previous Plan Management experience will be well regarded
Previous accounting experience in AP and/or AR
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Teams and Intermediate/Advanced in Excel
Experience using an accounting system and/or plan management system is essential, and MYOB well regarded.
Experience in NDIS well regarded
Organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Initiative, attention to detail, accurate and ability to pick up new concepts
Good communication skills and able to work with a broad range of people
