**About our Opportunity**
As the **Sales Manager **(South Australia) for Stegbar Windows and Showerscreens, your core focus will be the development and management of our external sales and customers. You'll maximize the return on our sales and marketing investment through our people by coaching and cultivating a climate in which our people want to perform at their best.
You'll provide leadership, support, development and coaching to a team of 21 on-road sales representatives and internal sales support team members to foster a team culture and ensure that they maximize their potential to meet sales objectives.
In addition, you will:
- manage the sales administration function:
- develop the sales strategy/plan
- sales forecasting
- operational performance reporting
- financial management reporting
- drive Salesforce CRM effectiveness
- deploy improved sales management processes, activities and disciplines
- study customer behaviours and trends
- workforce planning - recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives
**About You**
Naturally a people person excited by coaching and growing a team of self-reliant Sales Representatives, your strength will be in your ability to bring energy, resilience and enthusiasm along with a practical and consultative hands-on approach to sales management. A highly motivated, results-orientated leader with a bold approach to seeking new business, you'll thrive in the rapidly changing manufacturing environment. Your previous experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies will also help you to hit the ground running in this key role.
You will have:
- experience developing, coaching & managing geographically spread-out team
- proficient experience with technology and CRM ERP's
- strong business acumen
- ability to produce accurate reporting and evaluation
- experience within the building sales industry
