The role involves developing program schedules to support key projects and system improvement initiatives across Supply Chain. These programs will be designed to deliver all works required to achieve approved business cases, milestones and within agreed timelines.
You will lead stakeholder management, program governance, change management and site operational readiness whether through local stakeholders or leveraging our global network.
This role will leverage support from Supply Chain Operations and Business Process Technology (BPT) teams to assist coordination of the schedule and smooth implementation of programs based on our local and European guidelines.
Technology plays a significant role in our operations and processes today and tomorrow. You will manage quality and controls system governance within Supply Chain while ensuring operational supply chain teams have correct system functionality for efficient day-to-day operations.
The role requires you to be comfortable working across a matrixed organisation; leveraging organisational, planning, communication, time management and people skills to create an event experience for your stakeholders, particularly working closely with Logistics and BPT leads that is both engaging and in line with business needs.
The role requires significant ability to influence others, coordinate resources efficiently and manage logistical requirements of program management from plan through to execution.
With proven ability to work within a collaborative environment, you will be responsible for coordinating your team, contractors as well as support from internal/external stakeholders to deliver all programs of work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Management and Delivery of all major Systems Projects within Supply Chain, such as EWM (SAP Extended Warehouse Management), S4Hana SAP implementation and roll out.
* The ongoing efficiency and solution fit of technology and systems used by Supply Chain including:
o Systems Strategy and Design
o Systems Standardisation and Continuous Improvement
o Supplier Management
o Capability Management
o Building strong relationships and understanding of customer needs and working across Supply Chain teams to facilitate delivery of best outcome for each team.
o Engaging regularly at senior supply chain level to share knowledge and information, collaborate on initiatives, review plans and performance metrics in support delivery of key projects.
o Providing excellent customer service with effective communication and proactive escalation on issues.
o Acting quickly to resolve issues or problems as they arise, maintaining close coordination and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requests, updates and expectations are met.
Requirements:
* Desirable but not essential: Degree in Project Management or equivalent and knowledge of CI systems including LEAN and/or Six Sigma.
* Minimum of 5 years as a senior Project Manager with proven track record of successful delivery outcomes.
* Manufacturing, Logistics and warehouse systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, WMS, APO, Microsoft suite).
* Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
* Ability to drive business outcomes across Supply Chain including areas such as Manufacturing and Logistics.
* Ability to influence and be an effective communicator and facilitator.
* Project and change management including Risk Management and Operational Readiness preparation and assessment.
* Project reporting, Committee meeting management and Governance.
