The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit a Physiotherapy Acute Clinical Service Manager to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.

**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Physiotherapy Acute Clinical Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. You will work closely with the Physiotherapy management team, Senior Physiotherapists and a dedicated team of physiotherapists, allied health professionals and multidisciplinary colleagues to drive continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.

As the Physiotherapy Acute Clinical Service Manager, you will:

- provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Physiotherapy Acute Clinical Service
- foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the team
- lead the development and implementation of procedures and guidelines to ensure best practice standards
- contribute to management of resources and workforce planning to ensure efficient service delivery
- represent the service at various forums and committees, promoting the role and value of physiotherapy

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
