About the Role
We're welcoming applications from individuals who are adaptable and ready to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
Our Administration Assistants provide onsite support across a variety of non-clinical areas.
In this casual role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the department you're assigned to.
To support our coverage needs, you'll be available at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
As this is a casual role, shifts are not guaranteed and workdays may change between assignments.
To be considered for this role, you must be living in the Ballarat region.

Be able to provide a minimum of 2 referees: 1 being your current direct manager and the other(s) an additional manager or supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Providing a high standard of administrative support
Accurate data entry into required software systems
Maintain accurate availability and accepting shifts based on availability
Flexibility to work across a variety of locations and shift times
Participate in annual performance reviews
Commitment to ongoing mandatory education
What We're Looking for
Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative and respectful approach
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Proficient in computer use with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities
Ability to work well within a team environment
Demonstrated person centred care and respectful approach to patients, visitors and staff
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
