About The Role:
As Quality Excellence Lead, you'll be part of a high-performing national quality team. Based in Mt Druitt, with leadership across multiple commercial sites, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You'll work closely with site teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead integration of the Commercial Quality Framework
* Drive continuous improvement and compliance across multiple commercial service areas
* Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain quality documentation and food safety systems
* Build relationships with commercial customers and resolve escalations
* Support site leaders on quality assurance and risk management
* Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery teams to align quality with customer needs
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes, ideally within food production and/or manufacturing based industries whilst supporting site operational teams.
* Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Halal, Kosher, Organics and other relevant standards
* Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in relevant discipline including Quality Assurance, is highly desirable
* 2+ years' industry experience in quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing or production
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems
