Job Description
The Opportunity:
As the Brand Manager for Meat-Free, you'll be at the forefront of one of Monde Nissin's flagship brands. Quorn doesn't just offer meat alternatives; we're crafting the future of food, and we need a dynamic, creative brand manager to take the Meat-Free category to the next level You'll be scoping out new opportunities, building campaigns and activations that captivate, inspire, and drive targeted consumer engagement, all while championing a sustainable future.
*Please note this is a 12-month, fixed term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Brand Leadership:
· Own and develop the 3-year brand strategy for our Meat-Free business. You'll be responsible for amplifying our presence and expanding our reach to new audiences.
· You'll be responsible for defining the future of the Quorn Brand. We're number one in our category and we're hungry for growth so innovation is critical to our success.
· Opportunities come in many shapes and sizes – You'll have an entrepreneurial spirit and be proactive in leading the charge to flesh out new opportunities as they arise
Champion Consumer Insights:
· Use data-driven insights to shape products, marketing, and communication strategies that exceed their expectations.
· Stay ahead of food trends and anticipate consumer needs, ensuring our brand remains the top choice for todays and tomorrow's foodies.
Innovative Campaigns that Disrupt:
· Digital (including Social) has transformed the way we market products, you'll have a full understanding of when and where digital plays a role and how best to utilise this exciting and ever-changing channel.
· Ideate and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that break through the noise and leave a lasting impression on consumers.
High Degree of Commercial Acumen:
· As the Brand Manager, you will own the Quorn P&L performance. As well as top line driving activities, you will also endeavour to activate opportunities to improve our bottom line, through volume driving activities, recipe changes, and other efficiency-based projects.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
· Through project meetings Partner with R&D, Sales, Category Development and external agencies to ensure that all brand initiatives are aligned, integrated, and delivering exceptional results.
· Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners to amplify our message and scale brand impact.
Exceptional Collaborator:
· You'll collaborate closely with our global teams on NPD and more Leveraging and tweaking brand assets to suit the local market and to ensure continuity in marketing messaging, activations and brand guidelines.
· You'll also work with local manufacturing partners to innovate delicious meat-free products in line with changing consumer needs
Desired Skills and Experience
To Succeed With Us:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· 3-5+ years of brand management experience, ideally within the food and FMCG sectors.
· Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns, particularly in a fast-moving category.
· Can-do attitude, resourceful and proactive.
· Deep knowledge of research techniques and getting the best results out of our agencies
· Data-driven mindset with experience analysing brand performance and consumer insights.
· Passionate about food, brands, and driving consumer engagement & advocacy.
· Experience working with or managing influencer and advocacy partnerships.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
