You’ll manage internal and client teams to deliver impactful, results-driven work. With a fresh approach to sponsorship and activation, you will connect brands to consumer passion points across owned, earned, and paid channels, leveraging PR, social, content, experiential, and digital to maximise reach and effectiveness.A Snapshot Of What You'll DoOrchestrate maximum effectiveness from individual campaigns, from brief through to implementation and evaluationManage fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including PR, events, sponsorship, partnerships, social and digitalClosely monitors program KPIs on all campaigns, anticipate any issues and optimise campaigns accordingly to ensure successDemonstrates deep understanding and expertise within the partnerships and sponsorship landscapeInspires the team to be experts in their field, and curious about trends and changes to the industryDevelops strong relationships with both senior and junior clientsGains deep understanding of client’s business and delivers over and above projectsConsistently seeks out ways to convert potential opportunities and grow revenueMaximise and oversee revenue and profitability from all project and retainer programsPlus much more!Your Ideal Experience4+ years experience in a Partnerships role, ideally within an agency environmentStrong strategic understanding of partnerships and activationsSolid grasp of marcomms, including events, experiential, digital, and sponsorshipA natural creative thinker with a knack for developing and nurturing standout ideasSkilled at interpreting client needs to identify and scope opportunitiesExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesConfident in prioritising tasks by importance and urgencyExperience in client liaison and relationship managementProven track record contributing to or leading strategic planningFinancial oversight of key projects and retainers, with a focus on profitabilityM+C Saatchi Group AmbitionAt M+C Saatchi Group, our ambition is to create and curate Cultural Power for our clients.
