Description About the role You will deliver hands on first and second level ICT support across Housing Choices Australia, ensuring swift and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests. You will work closely with internal users and vendors, maintain key IT systems, and contribute to continuous improvement in our enterprise technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in problem-solving, communication, and has strong technical knowledge across Microsoft365, cloud services, and networks. Deliver first and second-level IT support across a multi-site environment Manage incidents, problems, and requests using ITIL-aligned practices Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, printers, mobile devices, and servers Support user account management across local and cloud systems (Azure, AD, M365) Participate in system upgrades, asset management, and technical documentation About the team The Transformation group drives organisational innovation, change management, and continuous improvement across Housing Choices Australia. It leads initiatives designed to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline service delivery, and build capacity to adapt to evolving housing demands and technological advancements. Skills And Experiences About you You will have: Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant Microsoft certifications 6 years of experience in ICT service delivery and system administration Knowledge of cloud technologies, virtual environments, and Microsoft365 Experience supporting Microsoft desktop applications, SOEs, and enterprise networks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus Desirable: ITIL certification, and experience working with managed service providers or in not-for-profit/community organisations.
