Responsibilities

As our People & Culture Director, you'll lead the charge in delivering comprehensive people solutions that drive performance and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing cutting-edge People & Culture best practices that elevate our workplace experienceDelivering seamless Payroll services that ensure our team is rewarded accurately and on timeManaging Employee Relations with empathy and expertise, fostering positive workplace relationshipsOverseeing Return to Work programs that support our staff through their wellness journeyDeveloping and maintaining strategies that create a supported, high-performing workforceCollaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery across all People & Culture functions
