About the Role
Reporting to the Operations & WHS Manager, this permanent full‐time role will provide a high level of administrative support to the Property Operations team for Leasing, Property Management, Facilities & Capital Works.
Key Responsibilities
* Leasing & Projects – Provide leasing and capex coordination support for the Property Operations team, including management of contract documentation, maintaining awareness of leasing matter status and job approvals, execution, bank guarantees and other related documentation.
* Facilities – Facilitate the tender process for maintenance service agreements, ensure all related documents and communications are issued accurately and efficiently, and manage contract execution ensuring contractor compliance checks are completed.
* Financial – Coordinate the processing of the internal leasing commissions in accordance with the Property Services Management Agreement and budget forecast.
* Property Administration – Assist with user support and administrative maintenance of Yardi Elevate products, review documents and forms to ensure currency and accuracy, maintain bank guarantee and associated registers, assist with the coordination of documentation during the onboarding and disposal of assets, and ensure approvals are in line with the Delegation of Authority, seeking further advice from the Operations & WHS Manager where required.
