Key Account Manager Job Description

Veolia is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a comprehensive healthcare portfolio across public & private hospitals, aged care facilities, pathology groups, and biopharma manufacturers. The successful candidate will provide strategic support to our clinical waste division through customer retention and baseline revenue expansion.

* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management, preferably within the healthcare or waste management sectors.

The role involves identifying additional growth opportunities within existing and new market segments, developing and implementing continuous innovation strategies to enhance service delivery for current customers. Ensuring contract compliance and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) are also essential responsibilities of this position.
