What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Develop and execute strategies to attract new business, increase productivity, and maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
* Analyse data and trends using CRM systems and other tech tools to optimise performance and decision-making.
* Implement processes and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, forecasting, and client engagement.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in sales and customer service, ideally in travel, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
* Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while exceeding sales targets.
* Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, analytics tools, and a curiosity for AI or digital solutions to drive results.
* Strong organisational, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Passion for adventure travel, sustainable tourism, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
