Wirrawandi Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Administration Officer to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia.
This role will provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Manage correspondence, communications, and information flow to and from the executive team
Assist with the preparation of agendas, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Professional Minute taking for Board, Heritage and other engagements as required
Coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures on an executive level
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive administration or personal assistant role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
Demonstrated experience drafting documents, briefing papers and reports for executive use
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of office management principles and best practices
