We are seeking a Behaviour Analyst (or Behaviour Analyst in Training) to join our team at Bright Eyes Early Intervention. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality behaviour analytic services to individuals and families across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting behavioural assessments, including functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and skills-based assessments.
* Developing and overseeing the implementation of evidence-based, individualised behaviour support plans.
* Delivering direct intervention, parent/caregiver training, and capacity-building supports.
* Supporting clients and stakeholders through coaching, modelling, and collaborative problem-solving.
* Collecting, analysing, and interpreting behavioural data to inform decision-making and track progress.
* Ensuring ethical, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed practice throughout service delivery.
* Contributing to service development, supervision of therapy assistants, and collaborative multidisciplinary work.
Requirements
* Certification as a Behaviour Analyst with BACB and/or ABA Australia, or actively working towards certification.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
* Strong skills in behavioural assessment, data analysis, and intervention design.
* Commitment to evidence-based, ethical practice and a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* Proficiency in electronic record-keeping and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
