Job Opportunity: Residential Care Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team. As part of our dedicated care environment, you will assist in the daily lives of residents at a hospital setting. This role involves supporting residents with their personal needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
You will work closely with colleagues to help residents maintain their mobility and independence through safe transfer and lifting practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including bed making, cleaning equipment, and laundry duties.
In this rewarding role, you will contribute to resident assessment and documentation, identifying individual needs and preferences. You will also provide input into diversional therapy programs, ensuring residents have access to engaging activities and social interactions.

* Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene support for residents
