We're a well-established team, looking for someone to take control of the office & trust administration as well as other related functions of the group.ResponsibilitiesDaily rent receipting and processing of billsProcessing lease extensions, charging of fees, updating expiry dates etcAssisting property managers with follow up on day-to-day overflow workFiling, scanning and other admin dutiesReception relief duties, answering calls, processing general enquiry emails, mailAssisting with Sales Admin duties under the instruction of CEO/Sales teamTo Be Successful In This Role You Must HaveMinimum of 2 years in Administration, Accounts Payable and preferably trust accounting experienceGreat communication skillsSelf-motivation and the ability to work in a team environmentExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailOur office hours are 9am to 4pm (32.5 hours per week), with salary in range of $55,000 - $65,000 pa + superannuation depending on experience.
