What You Will Be Doing
In this position, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, keeping payments accurate, timely, and compliant while building trusted relationships that keep Council moving.
* Deliver accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment runs.
* Maintain high-quality supplier records and ensure audit readiness.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Support financial operations through reporting, training, and issue resolution.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of financial policies and procedures.

What You Will Bring
* Certificate III in Business, Administration, or Bookkeeping (or equivalent experience).
* Practical experience in accounts payable operations.
* Proficiency in financial systems (Finance One, Pathway) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
