As the Radiographic Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent and measurable processes are applied, maintaining the highest standards in mammography and ultrasound services. Your expertise will be critical in overseeing quality assurance protocols, maintaining a clinical caseload, and contributing directly to patient care through mammography and ultrasound imaging.
This role offers a perfect blend of leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on clinical practice. It requires a highly skilled and experienced radiographer with a strong background in mammography and quality assurance.
* Significant experience in mammography, mammographic assessment, breast ultrasound, and breast imaging interventional procedures.
* Ability to supervise and lead in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Comprehensive industry knowledge, including breast anatomy, screening and assessment pathways, quality assurance processes, infection control, accreditation standards, and human resource management principles.
