Are you an organised, positive and detail-driven administrator looking to build your career in Human Resources? Glenorchy City Council is seeking a proactiveAdministration Officer to join our supportive HR team and play an important role in delivering quality services to our workforce.

About the Role:

As our Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of HR functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a motivated team committed to supporting our people and strengthening the employee experience.

This position requires:

* Motivation and a high level of organisation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in administrative support, ideally in HR or a similar environment.
* Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Able to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Enjoy working collaboratively in a small, supportive team.
* Confidence using HR or business systems, Microsoft Office and digital tools.
