The Opportunity
As a Property Manager at 3Realty, you'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio while being supported by a collaborative team and strong systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requests
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and company processes
• Delivering exceptional service aligned with our everybody here wins mentality

About You
You are someone who aligns with our values and takes pride in your work.
Ideally, you will have:
• Previous experience as a Property Manager (essential)
• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in property management
• Specific experience in residential property management
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused growth mindset
• High integrity and accountability
• A genuine care for clients, tenants, and teammates
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Current real estate licence or certificate
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
