Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our government relations and public policy efforts in Queensland. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of our public policy and government relations strategy in Queensland; Build and maintain trusted relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and other influencers; Represent our company in high-level policy forums and advocacy groups; Provide strategic advice and counsel to senior leadership on policy matters; Lead and coach a team of professionals in government relations and public policy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as politics, public policy, law, or economics; At least 5 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or a related field; Proven track record of success in building relationships with government officials and stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
