What we're looking for
* Enjoy having variety in your day.
* Be passionate about providing an excellent service.

* Work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to seek managerial support.
In addition, you will need:
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, road‐worthy vehicle.
* Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.
The role As a Care Worker you will provide aged‐care clients with home‐help services such as:
* General housekeeping and bed making.
* Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
* Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
* Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
You will also provide personal care services such as:
* Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day.
* Assisting clients to take their medications.
* Assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
* Providing complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia.
* Providing social and emotional support.
* Providing transport to lifestyle activities or appointments.
* Helping the family carer to take a break or pursue other activities.
