This is your chance to work directly with senior leadership, be involved in major retail accounts, and gain rare exposure to everything from sales admin and product development to logistics and supplier comms. What You’ll Do Be the right hand to the GM of Business Development, supporting sales functions (including major players like Aldi & Costco). Manage and track sales leads, including the preparation and distribution of buyer documents across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Coordinate the dispatch of product samples and proactively inform customers of delivery status. Compile and prepare regular Circana performance reports for management review. Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics of international trade shows. Follow up with buyers post-presentation to confirm product interest and secure order placements or commitments. Maintain and update the Sales Lead Tracker, flagging key developments or risks to management in real time. Review and validate item forms for accuracy and completeness. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Contribute to ad hoc projects and business priorities as directed. About You You’re someone with previous experience in a similar role, you are proactive, have a great attitude, can multi-task and are willing to learn! You might come from a manufacturer, distributor, or another nimble FMCG business. Most importantly, you’re hungry to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 2–5 years’ experience in sales support, product coordination, or FMCG admin position or similar Organised Excellent communicator, both in person and in writing Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with tight deadlines Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
