About the role
We are now seeking a proactive, reliable, and highly organised Office and Service Works Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This is a diverse, impactful role for someone who thrives on taking ownership, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll be doing
1. Invoicing our clients, using multiple online platforms for our service department
2. Maintaining and organising office records, files, and employee accreditations
3. Act as first point of contact – answering phones and handling enquiries professionally
4. Performing data entry and other administration tasks as needed
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential (On the job training will be provided)
2. Reliable, punctual, and thorough
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing tasks effectively
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
5. Friendly, professional, with a great sense of humour
6. Must have the right to work in Australia
