About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of ECH.
This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer and employee calls, internal stakeholder enquiries, and some scheduling of allied health and in-home services.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, empathetic customer service, managing inbound queries, and scheduling services. The role involves assisting clients and their family with enquires, triaging high-level queries, and providing support on-the-road employees.

You will be a highly customer-focused individual, passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
With excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, you excel in managing tasks efficiently while addressing challenges with confidence. Your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders ensures seamless collaboration and fosters positive relationships.
Adaptable and detail-oriented, you thrive in dynamic environments, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations.
* Previous experience within a customer service environment/retail or medical reception
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Sound experience with MS suite packages
* National Police check
* Drivers licence
* Certificate III in Customer Engagement
