What you'll be doing
* Driving new business growth — actively prospect, convert and manage new opportunities across the disability and community services sector.
* Building strong referral networks — engage Support Coordinators, hospitals, government agencies and sector partners to grow a high‐quality pipeline.
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs — deliver on revenue, retention and pipeline targets with confidence and consistency.
* Representing CatholicCare — showcase our services at industry events and forums, strengthening our presence and reputation.
* Collaborating internally — work closely with service teams to ensure seamless client transitions and exceptional customer experience.
* Promoting a risk‐aware, safe culture — uphold safeguarding, safety and compliance standards across all interactions.
What you bring
* 5+ years' experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within disability, community or social services.
* Strong understanding of NDIS planning, assessments and service pathways.
* A natural connector — confident engaging stakeholders at all levels and building trust quickly.
* Proven success meeting financial growth, retention and pipeline KPIs.
* Advanced MS Office skills; Salesforce experience highly regarded.
* Excellent organisation, follow‐through and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Current NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, NSW Driver's Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
