Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared to exacting standards.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety regulations.
3. Assist in preparing menu items and presenting them in an appealing manner.
4. Develop and implement new recipes and ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A commercial cookery qualification.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in modern, busy restaurants using quality fresh produce.
3. Experience in supervising others through a professional and motivating leadership style.
4. A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures.
5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
