Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Day Spa Receptionist to join our busy team. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, carrying out day-to-day operational duties within our day spa and assisting our therapists and reception staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting spa clients
* Assisting spa therapists in their daily roles
* Cleaning the day spa and wet room areas
* Mixing cocktails
* Running laundry
* Making hotel and spa bookings
* Assisting hotel guests with check-in and check-out
* Responding to phone and email enquiries
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, a friendly welcoming manner, exceptional time management and organisational skills, enthusiasm and reliability. You will also need to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail, as well as being proficient in computer and telephone skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of RMS and Zenoti software is an advantage but not essential.
