Overview
As a Business Development Manager at ACC, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing business relationships. This is a casual position with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
What you'll be doing
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored cleaning solutions
* Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and pitches
* Negotiating and closing new contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
* Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
* Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications
* Experience in cleaning industry is beneficial, but not mandatory
* Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition
* Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
* Adaptability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
