About the Role:
We support vulnerable members of our community, with a focus on families at risk of child protection involvement. This role is for a Family Support Specialist who will work collaboratively with families to identify and address their needs.
* Develop tailored interventions to build parents' skills and capacity
* Create engagement strategies for families experiencing domestic and family violence
* Conduct home visits and assess safety concerns, prioritizing child protection
* Collaborate with families to identify goals and develop case plans
* Liaise with service providers to ensure effective support
* Manage a caseload of families, providing intensive support
