Salary: AUD110,000 - AUD130,000 per annum + super + car + phone + laptop
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable homebuilder covering projects in the Hunter Valley region. What You'll Be Doing
Oversee up to 25 projects at a time, including standalone homes and townhouse-style developments
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Ensure quality standards, site safety, and compliance across all builds
Manage schedules, inspections, and client communications
Report progress to senior management with minimal need for supervision
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction sector
Ability to manage high-volume projects independently
Trade qualification and Supervisor's Ticket (Builder's Licence highly regarded)
Robust commitment to longevity and delivering quality homes
Based in or willing to travel across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas
