About the Role:
Forklift Rental Administrator
The Forlift Rental Administrator is responsible for increasing the level of support to our customers and sales teams by providing solutions through Short- & Long-Term Rental products that we handle. They must handle requests, either internally or externally, accurately and efficiently so as to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Utilise the respective state's hire fleet so as to ensure maximum utilisation and profitability where appropriate recommend increase/reductions in the size of the casual hire fleet and advise manager when equipment has exceeded its economic life.
• Ensure all Hire Unites (LTS & STR) are rented and contracted as required in M3 system process and procedures.
• Process rental agreements, invoices, and credits in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Experiences:
• A Certificate IV in Business Administration, desirable.
• Previous administration experience is necessary.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft office applications, and a positive attitude are required.
