The Role
12 month contract with potential pathways to permanent. As an Account Executive working with a remote team, you will manage relationships with a large portfolio of existing residential Real Estate Agency clients, driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling on new products and features. You will become an expert in Real Estate software solutions for your designated client patch and explore career development opportunities across Domain.
This role offers 100% work from home with a collaborative team culture, including team events and regular social activities for those near offices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing relationships through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling to a portfolio of Residential Real Estate Agency clients.
- Introduce new and featured products that solve client problems and support their goals.
- Drive revenue growth by clarifying pricing and customer value across Domain solutions, identifying opportunities for upselling where possible.
- Address queries and pain points, proactively solving customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals.
- Work toward monthly revenue targets and document all sales activity.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college, or Real Estate Agency experience as a Sales Agent or similar.
- Proven success in B2B consultative selling / account management.
- Living within NSW or VIC.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
- Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and making technical concepts easy to understand.
- Enthusiasm and passion for sales with a drive to meet targets.
