Role Overview
As a Chef/Butcher at Boatshed Market, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a diverse range of gourmet dishes while also demonstrating expertise in butchery to ensure the highest standards of meat products are consistently delivered to our customers. Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef/Butcher in a high-volume kitchen or gourmet market environment.
* Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, including butchery, and a passion for working with quality ingredients.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional products.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
