Organisational Change Management Expert
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management expert to drive change management activities on IT projects.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles and bring proven experience in supporting change in technology-driven environments.
Key responsibilities include conducting detailed change assessments, developing structured change management strategies and plans, engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders, and monitoring and reporting on readiness and change adoption.
* Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in organisational change management working within a project or program team.
* Demonstrated experience with the application and understanding of Organisational Change Management Strategies and Methodologies.
* Strong understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
* Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills to solve complex problems with the ability to link operational tasks to organisational goals and strategies.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of business priorities.
