About the Role -
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring all contractual and commercial requirements are managed effectively and in line with project timelines and obligations. Working closely with Project Managers and the wider delivery team, you'll be hands-on across procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
Responsibilities include but not limited to -
Setting up and managing all tender packages within Procore
Developing, managing and maintaining trade letting schedules
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, including agreements, procurement, notices and variations
Preparing head contract progress claims in collaboration with Project Managers
Administering RFIs and providing weekly design status updates to the design team
About You -
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction, high end multi residential projects
Strong organisation and administration skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a team environment but able to work autonomously
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry related software packages
Working knowledge of Procore software is essential
