You will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO (ANZ) and broader senior leadership team, providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced, global environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex diaries and schedules, coordinating meetings with global stakeholders including investors, government officials, and strategic partners.Prepare agendas, take action notes during meetings, and drive follow-ups.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external reviews (including quarterly business reviews).
Organise international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.Coordinate team and external events across the APAC region.Proactively identify and solve scheduling or coordination challenges.Provide additional support across projects and other ad hoc duties as required.What We're Looking For:Minimum 8 years' experience in an EA role, supporting C-suite or Director-level executives.Proven success working with cross-regional teams and international stakeholders.A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a high degree of initiative.Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Keynote, Excel and familiarity with social collaboration tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Calm under pressure, with exceptional planning and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.Someone that enjoys working 5 days in the officeWhy Join?
