Day to day, you can:

Run smooth and effective day-to-day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do
Create memorable experiences by greeting every family with warmth and delivering high-quality tours and orientations
Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to navigate what is required each day
Inspire your team to achieve best practice through active collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and the Centres Educational Leader
Champion quality education and care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager
Be a part of the local community by building genuine connections with local families and networks
Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes

Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:
An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
A current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance
Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS
