Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission CNC machines to ensure seamless operation.
* Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize machine performance.
* Breakdown Repairs: Conduct prompt and effective repairs when machines break down, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Pre-Delivery Inspections and Testing: Carry out thorough inspections and testing of CNC machines before delivery to customers, ensuring they meet high standards.
* Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
* CNC Experience: Must have extensive experience working with CNC controls and systems, including Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, and other leading manufacturers.
* Qualifications: Hold trade or engineering qualifications relevant to the role.
* Background: Have a strong background in fitting, machining, toolmaking, mechanical engineering, or robotics and mechatronics.
* Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge and expertise effectively.
* Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license.
* Knowledge Sharing: Be able to share knowledge of CNC machining and programming with colleagues and customers.
