Overview
Team Leader Therapy Services at Cerebral Palsy Alliance seeks a dynamic leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team in a clinical environment. This role is full-time and on-site in the Kingswood/Northern Sydney region with a strong focus on leadership and clinical work.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 7-8 clinicians (Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists), with approximately 50% leadership responsibilities and 50% clinical caseload.
* Report to the Kingswood Therapy Manager for ongoing support and guidance.
* Contribute to a larger Kingswood team of 18 staff, including coordination with a client engagement team to support therapists in delivering intervention.
* Maintain a varied clinical caseload with responsibility for goal-directed intervention, equipment and assistive technology prescription, delivery and review, and community liaison.
* Deliver interventions on- and off-site (homes, schools, community settings) with most sessions conducted on-site in therapy and group rooms.
* Support a culture of innovation and development, including participation in intensives, groups and programs to meet client needs.
* Work with a clinical educator and manager to explore a caseload aligned with personal interests and professional development.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant qualifications in allied health.
* Evidence of current registration with AHPRA/SPA/ESSA or willingness to attain it.
* A current driver's license.
