We’re looking for a capable and organised administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy electrical wholesale branch. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying on top of multiple priorities and being an important part of a close-knit team. You’ll be supporting the branch across administration, inventory and general coordination, with strong systems and processes already in place. No two days are exactly the same, and there’s plenty of variety throughout the role. What You’ll Do Manage invoicing, reconciliations and general administration Help maintain stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies Assist with supplier communication, systems and branch documentation Review daily priorities and keep tasks moving smoothly Support the wider team wherever needed across the branch About You Organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working at pace Reliable with a strong sense of ownership Quick to learn new systems and troubleshoot when required Happy supporting the wider team wherever needed Previous admin, operations or customer service experience preferred Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights About Us TLE Belconnen is part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), a national network of over 400 electrical wholesale branches backed by Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest privately owned industrial groups.
