What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality, client-centered assessments and case management
* Supporting clients in recovery from injury or illness across a range of settings
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and sustainable outcomes

* Demonstrating cultural awareness and empathy, and promoting a positive team culture
About You
* AHPRA or ESSA registered, with a degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing
* Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
