Administration Support – Insurance (Entry Level)

Aon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service and/or an interest in developing their insurance career.

In this role you will be providing support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What The Day Will Look Like

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!

Responsibilities

- Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Engaging in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
