Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced claims advisor to manage complex workers compensation claims from inception to settlement.
The successful candidate will collaborate with injured workers, employers, brokers, legal vendors and regulators to deliver timely, cost-effective and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
The role involves setting and reviewing reserves, developing case strategies and evaluations, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring all claims activities meet governance, legislative and quality assurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in workers compensation claims
* Strong technical claims handling and injury management skills
* Sound knowledge of Western Australia Workers Compensation legislation
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
