MMB’s Workers Compensation Consultants are the experts at bringing holistic solutions to risk management and claims for some of Australia’s largest national clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
2. Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
3. Improve clients’ performance with risk mitigation methods
4. Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others
5. Generate new and expanded business opportunities
6. Lead the national Client Service team
Day-to-day this might include:
7. Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projects
8. Project managing client deliverables
9. Bringing colour and technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policies
10. Recommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structures
11. Being a mentor in business development and colleague development

What you need to have:
20. Relevant Degree (desirable)
21. Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related role
22. Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
23. Current Driver’s License
24. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
25. Experience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
