**Your Role**:
Your role will entail assisting with data collection from sites across NSW, including follow-up of participating patients' information.
As the Data Collection Officer, you will be engaged in work with the aim of improving the care and outcomes for patients in NSW.
**Your Duties**:
- You will assist with recruitment of eligible patients to the registry
- Including checks, admin, dealing with queries and so on
- You will ensure that data collection is accurate and reliable
- You will identify and rectify any discrepancies or gaps in supplied data and liaise where necessary to do so
- You will contact and liaise with participating patients for data recording purposes, follow up questionnaires and more
- You will perform general administrative duties
- You will need to be able meet deadlines and targets involved with the project/s
- You will be involved in stakeholder engagement meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders
**Your Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- You will demonstrate experience and background in data management preferably within a Health/Hospital/Doctor/Patient setting
- You will have knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques
- You will have a tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience
- You have experience in clinical or research data collection
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You have standard Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- You are willing to travel throughout NSW when required
