The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with experience in preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and weekly financial and operational reporting.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery;
* Performing balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining robust documentation and identifying variances for resolution;
* Contributing to the production of weekly financial and operational reporting, ensuring data integrity and clear analysis;
* Investigating anomalies, providing meaningful commentary, and supporting decision-making through detailed financial insight;
Requirements:
* Strong background in financial reporting, including accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders;
* Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and patterns;
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, SAP, or similar;
* BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
