**Salary**: between $60-70k pkg
Inclusions: Company car, petrol card, mobile phone, staff clothing allowance 50% and $500 quarterly clothing allowance.
Area: Melb City stores, Fountain gate, Chadstone areas.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and uplifting **Visual Merchandiser** for our client to join the family and oversee 8-10 locations in Melbourne. In this role you will ensure that all of your stores are kept up to standards by creating good working relationships with Store Managers and keeping on top of all implementations. You will have a strong background of Visual Merchandising to smoothly transition into this role and want to feel apart of a big family
**To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following**:
- Implement VM briefs and directives to company expectations across multiple sites
- Adapt and elevate the VM direction to suit different store fit outs
- Implement seasonal and promotional windows in line with VM briefs and directions
- Assist with prop construction and creation
- Understand VM principles and ensure they are actioned in the store
- Attend and contribute to store openings
- Create good working relationships with store managers to ensure directives are understood and implemented
- Ensure that stores teams are trained on VM principles and standard
- Have a passion for the premium menswear clothing industry
