Role Overview
Lead inventory control in a fast-paced FMCG logistics environment, ensuring accurate records, timely replenishment and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and data within the warehouse management system.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational needs.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline inventory processes.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize stock levels.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
Requirements
Previous experience in inventory control or a related role within an FMCG environment.
Holder of a valid forklift licence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software such as JAIX WMN and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
Benefits
